Misty Cove Estate Sauvignon Blanc is made to truly reflect our philosophy of producing a value for money wine with distinctive pure, wonderful fruit flavours and aromas typical of the Marlborough region.
Beautifully fragrant, the immediately appealing nose shows nectarine, rockmelon, feijoa and lime zest characters with a hint herbaceous notes. The palate is succulent and lively, and displays excellent fruit weight and intensity, finishing juicy with a fine linger!
Our Estate Sauvignon Blanc can be best enjoyed with a wide range of dishes including (shell) fish, poultry, salads or simply as a classy aperitif.
