Our Landmark wines are deeply influenced by old world wine making techniques, lovingly handcrafted in small batch quantities, we craft these wines to reflect the attributes and characteristics of the vineyard from which they originate.
Fruit hand harvested and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless settle tanks after gentle pressing. We have used the best strains of yeast most suited to the distinctive aromatics of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Lees ageing (6 months) prior to bottling has developed mid-palate weight adding to the wine’s intense fruit characters.
