Misty Cove Organic Pinot Noir 2018

This wine contains a mixture of traditional organic Pinot Noir clones 777, 115, Abel and 667. It was made through minimal handling intervention and the softest touch. Allowing it to show natural expression of terroir balanced with French oak.

The nose exhibit aromas of strawberry, ripe cherry, dry spice and a hint of earthy notes. The palate shows concentrated red fruit with an underline of savoury flavours. The tannins are fine but persistent in the palate, finishing with an integrated oak and great length.
