The deliciously delicate Landmark Riesling is beautifully floral, with punchy fresh lime zest. This marries well with hints of manuka honey, spice and nougat. The palate is long, mellow and is well balanced with subtle acid and refined residual sugar.
The fruit was hand-harvested from Misty Cove's Fareham Lane vineyard and gently pressed and fermented at cooler temperatures. Fermentation lasted around 5 weeks until it was stopped with a vibrant residual sugar.
